    • Please note that Pets are not permitted on the premises. 

  • Non-Smoking

    • This hotel is a non-smoking hotel. If you would like to smoke, there is a designated smoking area outside the front entrance of the hotel where you will find a bench and receptacle. Please discard your cigarette in the appropriate receptacle. Any smoking in the hotel will be subject to a smoking fee of $250.

  • Housekeeping

    • Housekeeping service is only offered every third day. If you would like service beyond that, simply let the front desk know and they will be happy to assist. For efficient service, please place any used towels on the floor for housekeeping to refresh.

  • Forgot Something

    •  We want you to be as comfortable as possible while you stay with us so if you left something behind, please let us know and the front desk will be happy to assist.

  • Guest Laundry

    • Guest laundry is available on the second floor next to the elevator
    • Please see the front desk if you need change. Detergent and the dryer sheet are available for purchase at the front desk.
    • Each cycle wash or dry, is $2.  

  • Airport Shuttle Service

    • We offer a complimentary airport shuttle service to ensure a smooth start or end to your travels.
    • Availability: 5am - 12am
    • How to Reserve: Please contact the Frontdesk at least 30-40 minutes in advance.   
    • Pick-Up/Drop-Off Location: Main entrance of the hotel at the lobby area. Delta passengers will be dropped off at the designated area at the South Terminal, while all other airline passengers will be dropped off at the North Terminal.
    • Additional Information: Shuttle seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
