Welcome to the Hilton. Find us within The Strip’s 15-acre Flamingo resort with direct access to its lively GO Pool complex. Within a 10-minute walk, reach Caesars Palace and The Forum Shops. 

  • Check In Instructions

    We offer Contactless Check In. 


    Your Room Smart Lock Code will be sent to you by email and text message within 24 hours of your Check-In date.


    For same day reservations you will will recieve your Room Door Code via Email and Text within about 10 minutes of our confirmed booking. 


  • Check Out Instructions

    Self Service check out. Simply put all trash in the trash bin, pile up your used towels, turn off the light and lock the door. No need to stop by the office.


  • Locked Out or Cannot Access

    If you are having issues accessing your room after hours please call our on-site manager Sam at 218-996-4907 or reply to the text or email confirmation you received at the time of booking. That message will come directly to us for immediate assistance. 

  • Internet and Cable Connection

    If you are having any issues with the internet or cable you will have to call MIDCO at 1-800-888-1300

    They will reboot the router or cable box and trouble shoot your issue by sending a new signal to resolve the issue.



  • Emergency - Plumbing, Electrical, Other

    For Emergencies or urgent requests call Sam 218-996-4907

  • Cancellations and Reservation Requests

    If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason or change rooms either reply to the confirmation message you received or call or text Maria at 719-377-0485. Cancellations will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Housekeeping and Room Requests

    If you need additional towels, coffee, items for your room or service please reply to the text or email confirmation you received at the time of booking. That message will come directly to us for immediate assistance. 

  • Late Check-Out or Early Check-In

    Both late check out and early check in may be available on request for a $10 fee based on availability. Please call or text 218-996-4907 to place your request.

  • Pet Policy

    We are Pet Friendly with a charge $20 per pet per day.
