  • Check In and Check Out Instructions

    • Check In is at 3pm (early check-ins are permitted subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge)

    • Early departures are subject to a fee of $50 unless given 12 hr notice
    • Extra-person charges may apply for guests beyond two persons per room

    • Wake up to a hot breakfast each morning from 6am-9am and enjoy plenty of restaurants within walking distance to the hotel for lunch or dinner. Heading out early? Make sure to grab some coffee or tea before you go starting at 5am until 10am. Have questions on selection, stop by the front desk where we have a full selection of recommendations for any cuisine. If you want a quick grab, stop by our 24/7 sundry shop with a selection of drinks (alcoholic included), snacks, and any guest essentials you may need.

  • Guest Laundry

    • Guest laundry is available behind the pool near the rear building. 
    • Please see the front desk for any change with detergent and dryer sheets being available in the market. 
    • Each cycle, wash or dry, is $4.

  • Forgot Something

    • We want you to be as comfortable as possible while you stay with us so if you left something behind, please let us know and the front desk will be happy to assist. We have a variety of items including shaving cream, razors, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, shower caps, deodorant, combs, sewing kits, and many other guest amenities.

  • Guest Messages

    • Want to check if you received any messages? Simply dial *97 from your phone to listen to any messages. If that doesn’t work for you, give a ring to the front desk and they will be happy to assist.

  • Housekeeping

    • Housekeeping service is only offered every third day. If you would like service beyond that, simply let the front desk know and they will be happy to assist. For efficient service, please place any used towels on the floor for housekeeping to refresh.

  • Pet Policy

    • We are glad to accommodate you and your furry friend. We accept both cats and dogs under 40 lbs with two pets being the maximum number per room. Pet fees are $40 per pet per day. Waste bags are available by the front desk and a pet waste station is located in the rear of the hotel behind the pool.

  • Pool

    • The pool is open from dawn to dusk everyday. Enjoy lounging by the pool under our umbrellas and lounge chairs. Stop by the front desk for pool towels as bath towels are meant for the room. Please shower before entering the pool with the pool shower and note that there is no lifeguard on duty; you are swimming at your own risk.

  • Non-Smoking

    • This hotel is a non-smoking hotel. If you would like to smoke, please smoke anywhere near the smoker poles (near the 3rd Wg exit, entrance to the 5th Wg, or in front of the hotel) and discard your cigarette in the appropriate receptacle. Any smoking in the hotel will be subject to a smoking fee of $250.

  • Parking

    • We have ample parking so please park wherever you see a space. However, please be accommodating to designated parking parking only in the permitted spaces. Large trucks, boats, and other vehicles are also permitted but please be understanding in parking these vehicles towards the back of the parking lot as to not occupy a large amount of space.

The last hotel before the Cape Coral Bridge with only a short distance to plenty of destinations such as Harborside Event Center, hosting a range of events and conferences. Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida Gulf Coast Medical Center only a short drive away. If you want to catch a game or a show, Hertz Arena, Hammond Stadium, and JetBlue Park all offer good options for live events with Edison Mall only a mile from the hotel.
